Right of Withdrawal Policy

In accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations, customers may be entitled to withdraw from their purchase without providing any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, this right applies in line with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and relevant national implementing legislation.

Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you — or a third party designated by you (other than the courier) — receive the goods.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement sent by email or post. You may use the model withdrawal form below, although its use is not mandatory.

What Happens After You Cancel

Once we receive your withdrawal notice, we will process your refund within 14 days.

The refund will include the cost of standard delivery (excluding any additional charges resulting from premium shipping options you selected). Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Returning the Products

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. The return is considered timely if the products are dispatched before the 14-day period expires.

Products must be returned:

  • In their original packaging
  • In the same condition in which they were received
  • Complete with all accessories, labels, and seals

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective/damaged product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend packaging items securely to prevent damage during transit.

Items Excluded from Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Sealed goods not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons, if unsealed after delivery
  • Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
  • Opened audio or video recordings or sealed computer software after unsealing
  • Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines (except subscription contracts)

Condition of Returned Goods

Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.

You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and proper functioning. In such cases, we reserve the right to reduce the refund proportionally.
