Warranty Coverage and Replacement Policy

At ROIERS FZ LLC (Roiers FZ-LLC), we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a warranty to ensure your peace of mind.


Warranty Duration

All electrical products are covered by a 2-year warranty starting from the date of delivery.

If you have purchased a 1-year warranty extension, coverage is extended to a total of 3 years.


What the Warranty Covers

If any electrical component of the product proves defective during the applicable warranty period, we will provide a free replacement unit.


Exclusions from Warranty

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • Physical damage caused by impact, misuse, negligence, or accidents
  • Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use
  • Malfunctions caused by incorrect installation, improper use, unauthorized modifications, or lack of proper maintenance

How to Request a Replacement

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at:

You will receive an automated acknowledgment email. Please reply to that message and attach a clear video showing the issue (for example: the product not turning on, not charging, or not functioning correctly).

If a video is not available or does not clearly demonstrate the issue, we may request that you return the product to our warehouse for technical inspection.

⚠️ Important:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) shipments under any circumstances.


Conditions for Processing Claims

Only warranty claims that meet all the above requirements will be accepted and processed.

We are committed to handling each case fairly, transparently, and as efficiently as possible.
